Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
✔ You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
✔ Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
✔ We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, damaged, or altered.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Contact Us – Email our support team at support@thudds.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
Approval & Instructions – Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions.
Ship the Item – Securely package the item and send it back to the address provided.
Processing – Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or issue a refund (excluding any non-refundable fees, if applicable).
Return Shipping Costs
✔ Defective or Incorrect Items – If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
✔ Other Returns/Exchanges – For size exchanges or change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
